The property is 3/4 acre, shaped in a triangle. It has 265 feet of road frontage on Rt. 121. The road side and B-C side are edged with two rows of pine trees, one tall the other short. The long back A-C side has a stone wall and deciduous trees.
This is standing at the A corner. Looking straight down the right side of the image would have you looking straight thru A at C.
This is from the other direction, looking at the B corner. C corner is visible at the end of the tree line on the left.
View from across the street, looking up the drive.
Standing in the driveway opening. The house is fully vinyl sided, with insulation wrap under it.
The driveway is rough, but passable for now. The garage doors need replacing (some panels are decayed), but unbelievably, the both operate fine with the electric openers.
Standing inside the B corner treeline. That tree on the left of the image is a cherry. We knew going into the sale the chimney needs repair. We did receive a price reduction for that contingency after inspection.
Looking up the property from B to C. The sunroom is original construction, with what we think is a bomb shelter under it. The room under is all cement, including the ceiling, with no windows. Having been built in 1965, it is likely a shelter.
Standing at C looking across the property. Bulkhead entrance to the cellar is under the window on the left.
